All employees of Baynote, Inc. (“Sponsor”), all associated agencies and each of their respective affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees or agents, and their immediate family are ineligible to participate.

2) Specific exclusions
This sweepstakes is not being offered in any locality where sweepstakes-type giveaways are banned, illegal, taxed, registered or otherwise regulated.  If any of our rules are in violation of any local laws, ordinances or regulations, you are not eligible to enter.

We acknowledge that our sweepstakes are not registered or licensed with any governmental agency.  If you live in an area where licensing, registration or any fees or filings are required, you are not eligible to enter.

Due to the open nature of the Internet, we cannot reasonably control access to our forms.  It is the entrant’s responsibility to know and comply with local rules and regulations.  Consequently, if you don't know where you live, you are not eligible to enter our sweepstakes.

3) Registration
Winners are selected randomly from all entries received. No purchase, subscription or acceptance of obligation other than filling out the online form is necessary to enter our sweepstakes. No entry method other than filling out our form is acceptable.  You must provide a valid email address. Limit One (1) entry per person, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.

4) Winner Notifications and Privacy
We won't sell or give your information to anyone. But we will use it to contact you about our products and services (occasionally). You'll be able to tell us to stop at anytime - and we will. Fair enough?

5) Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and cannot be predicted with any certainty.

6) Contest dates and winner notification
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on July 15, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on July 31, 2010. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

All winners will be notified by e-mail and asked to provide mailing information and selection of jersey. Failure to supply a mailing address within 14 days when requested will invalidate your entry and the prize will be awarded to another entrant. Jersey selection is subject to availability.

Baynote does not warrant or guarantee the sweepstakes' prizes in any way for their use, function or applicability under any circumstances for any purpose.  The sweepstakes winner accepts all responsibility for use of any prize and the results of this use. Any and all warranties, if they exist, are the responsibility of the manufacturer or distributor of the product.
